The National Housing Supply Summit is an exchange of ideas between industry and policymakers focused on how more housing can be built in the U.S., with a specific emphasis on the actions that the federal government can take to remove barriers and create incentives.
We will hear from industry about the effects that the complex interplay of local, state, and federal regulations has on housing production; from policymakers at the local, state, and federal level about successful efforts to increase housing supply; from experts deploying innovation in the field connected to automated processes, new materials, and labor models; and from experts addressing the capital challenges being driven by insurance costs, inflation, and project finance structures.
