Student Associate Program
Each year, we hire students who are passionate about housing affordability.
The Student Associate Program connects the next generation of housing leaders with the innovators, researchers, and practitioners driving real change in housing affordability. Applications open annually in late fall/early winter.
Students gain real-world experience working alongside Ivory Innovations and our network of housing experts, building the skills and relationships to make a lasting impact.
Associates can go on to assist with consulting work and some qualify for paid summer internships with partner organizations.
