Our Partnership: Housing for Impact

Ivory Innovations and Call to Action Foundation are partnering to build thousands of affordable homes in Utah. The state of housing in the United States is at a critical tipping point. Millions of Americans can’t afford housing, which creates broad, long-term impacts for working families. We are working together to solve the issue of housing affordability by building homes that put innovative solutions into practice. This partnership strives to connect more Utahns to housing. Accessibility to affordable options strengthens our communities - it decreases childhood poverty, improves educational and health outcomes, and increases economic mobility economic mobility.

Our Communities

Ivory Innovations and the Call to Action Foundation are developing affordable housing offerings in 7 cities across the state including Lehi, South Jordan, Draper, Magna, Salt Lake City, Francis, and Park City.
