Candice Delamarre

Candice Delamarre is the Chief Operations Officer and cofounder of Kit Switch, an innovative construction method for adaptive reuse. Kit Switch designs a kit of wall panels and building components for developers to convert vacant commercial buildings into housing. Recently graduated with a Masters in Sustainable Design & Construction from Stanford, Candice and her cofounders came together during Hack-A-House 2020 when they won first place in the Construction & Design category. Through diverse consulting experiences, Candice has built expertise in sustainability, building energy efficiency, systems engineering, and business strategy. She contributes these skills to Kit Switch, along with her passion for social impact and innovation.
