Through their work, Build UP provides opportunities for their community in the Titusville neighborhood of Birmingham, AL. Build UP won the Ivory Prize for policy and regulatory reform in 2022. Their work demonstrates what we look for in an Ivory Prize candidate as they are addressing housing stock, labor shortages, and furthering opportunities for people to gain generational wealth.
