Inherent L3C constructs homes offsite and designs them to be sustainable and affordable. All their homes are solar energy ready, and their commitment is to deliver homes at no more than 3x a household income. Inherent addresses the concrete issues of housing affordability, sustainability, and generational wealth while considering the intrinsic value of homeownership, community, and a sense of belonging.
