After conducting over 40 industry expert interviews, we learned the solutions for each of these exist! They’re just isolated and difficult to put together.

LadderUp Housing provides a pathway to homeownership by connecting existing solutions to streamline this process. Further, by targeting mid-sized Midwest cities, we can take advantage of the high quantity of low cost housing stock to create a sustainable business model, build stronger communities, and provide the maximum financial benefit to our customers.
