This is a quote from The Kelsey; it informs why we need groups like them in the discussion of affordable housing.

The Kelsey is led by a team of people with and without disabilities who draw from their experiences to inform the spaces they create. They are a co-developer working with best-in-class market rate and affordable housing developers to build mixed-income, mixed-ability residential communities. Today, they have over 240 homes in development and have raised 110M in funding.
