The Telluride Foundation is committed to enriching the quality of life of the residents, visitors and workforce of the Telluride region. The Foundation does this through development, supporting initiatives, and making direct investments that maximize benefits to all. They nurture self-reliance and create meaningful change. Their wide range of initiatives includes partnerships to fund and begin the development of affordable housing in rural areas, the Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF), which provides forgivable loans to qualified buyers and grants to renters moving into housing they’ve obtained to help get them over the finish line and West End Apprenticeship which offers skills-based training for high school students to help prepare them for the workforce upon graduation.
